The Luceros — father Juan, mother Susy and seven children — make up Cielilto Lindo, a mariachi folk band based in Chicago. With a fresh look and youthful energy, the Lucero family plays traditional mariachi instruments to perform both traditional and non-traditional music of Mexico, Latin America and the United States. As a family mariachi, they have performed for restaurants, quinceañeras, romantic serenades and wedding proposals. These 4th generation musicians range in age from 10 to 20 and perform regularly for large audiences at NBA games and music festivals. In 2019 the family performed the United States national anthem for 62K soccer fans at Soldier Field for Chivas vs. Club America. Just a few months later, the family was selected to compete on Nickelodeonś nationwide talent search ¨Americaś Most Musical Family¨.
