Cook Rutledge Mansion Visit - Experience the grand lifestyle of the lumber era with a guided tour of the Cook-Rutledge Mansion. This 1887 restored and furnished lumber baron's home is truly unique. The Cook-Rutledge Mansion is one of the finest remaining examples of High Victorian Italianate architecture in Wisconsin. Hear stories of the former residents and enjoy some refreshments at the end of the tour. $20/person helps fund the maintenance and upkeep of this stately old home. Summer tours could include a pie and ice cream social for $35/person [Minimum 20 people, Maximum 50]
Fall Leaves Step-On Bus Tour - Appreciate scenic views of beautiful Lake Wissota and the colors of a Wisconsin autumn. Visit one of Chippewa County's most popular orchards (Bushel and a Peck, Connell’s or Nibletts) where you can shop for fresh baked goods, ice cream, local jams/jellies, and of course, apples. Finish the afternoon with a stop at one of our local wineries: Dixon’s Autumn Harvest Winery, O'Neil Creek, and/or Riverbend Winery where you can sample a selection of handcrafted small batch wines on the patio overlooking beautiful orchard country. Chippewa Falls History Tour - Learn about the 1869 origins of Chippewa Falls and the people, places and products that have not only changed the Chippewa Valley but influenced lives around the world. From the Ojibwe people who lived in the area before the incorporation of the city to Seymour Cray’s invention of the supercomputer. This history tour is led by experienced guide from the Chippewa County Historical Society. An experienced guide will join your group for an hour-long tour of the historic Chippewa Falls area and will end with a stop at the fascinating, new Chippewa County Historical Society. Cost: $15/person [Minimum 20 people}
Self-Guided Christmas Light Tour of Irvine Park - Since 1906, the natural beauty and amenities of Irvine Park’s 300-plus acres have created lasting memories for generations. The greatest gift of the park – and truly its heart – is its much-loved zoo. It brings together everyone who enters through the park’s gates. The Chippewa Falls Christmas Village, in beautiful Irvine Park, is an impressive display of life size Christmas scenes reminiscent of the Victorian era and local historical replicas. It is set up during the holiday season along with a dazzling display of over 60,000 lights. Drive through or walk through the park. No cost, but donations to the park are appreciated.
Legacy Brewery Tour - Take a tour of Chippewa Falls’ historic brewery and let one of their guides introduce you to 156 years of beer brewing and six generations of Leinenkugel family history. All tours start at the Leinie Lodge, which is filled with historical photos, vintage brewing equipment, and plenty of Leinie’s wearables and collectibles to take home. Come relax with friends and family, sample our award-winning beers and get the full flavor of all things Leinenkugel’s. Before or after your tour, you will be invited to enjoy up to four, five-ounce samples, choose from many of our in-season Leinenkugel's brews, for those 21+. These beers can be enjoyed inside the Leinie Lodge while you browse through the gift store or outside on our patio, overlooking the beautiful Duncan Creek. Tours $15/person

Downtown Chippewa Falls has an incredible variety of unique stores and businesses to explore – and all within walking distance. There are small boutiques (Foreign 5, Drewmark Boutique, Friday’z Boutique, etc.); specialty stores (OPE! It’s Soap, Chippewa’s Wollen Shoppe, The Chippewa Store and Chippewa Candy Shop), and other unique shops (Valley Art Gallery, Clockworks & Engraving, Country Treasures, Eevy Ivy Over Floral, Framing & Gifts, Mason Companies) – just to name a few. When ordered ahead of time, Chippewa Falls Main Street will give everyone coupons that can be used after the show.
