You can choose a dinner or brunch show option that will feature a fabulous feast created by the amazing culinary artist, Edie McDonald, and her crew! Get ready to experience a Las Vegas style dinner (or brunch) show...and rest assured that what happens at the Heyde Center stays at the Heyde Center!
Saturday’s Dinner Feast – Porchetta Alla Frutta d’Autumno, Ginger-glazed Carrots with Toasted Almonds, Baked Potato Galletta with Creamy Toppings, Freshly Baked Artisanal Roll, and Apple Cherry Cobbler Bar with Caramel Drizzle and Vanilla Cream.
Sunday’s Brunch Buffet – Bushy’s Ham and Cheese Croissant, Smoked Sausage Bites, Bacon, Sausage, and Vegetables Frittata, Baked Vanilla French Toast, Fresh Fruit, Herb-Roasted Potatoes, Fruit Breakfast Puffs, Almond Croissants, Chocolate Croissant Cups, Assorted Scones with Clotted Creams and Jam, Raspberry Cheesecake Croissants, Yoghurt and Granola Parfait. Sunday will feature a Mimosa Special (bottomless mimosas in three different flavors - with or without alcohol)!!
