Enjoy a delectable five course meal prepared by Guest Chef Eric Raymond (appeared on Restaurant Impossible) and Chef Anthony Matson. all while taking in breathtaking views of Duncan Creek. With live music, enchanting ambiance, and the stunning backdrop of the illuminated bridge, this is an event you won't want to miss. The dinner will be a dream for those who enjoy the supper club food experience. The first course will be an elevated relish tray including a variety of local cheeses, cured meats, and classic pickled treats. The second course is a Leinenkugel’s Beer Cheese Soup with pretzel croutons. The third course is a Wedge Salad with romaine, heirloom cherry tomatoes, heirloom carrots, Nueske’s Bacon, and Wisconsin cheddar with a balsamic vinegarette. The entrée will be the quintessential Saturday night supper club choice - prime rib, baked potato, and broccolini. Finishing the evening with a grasshopper sundae!
