In this four-hour class, Mary Elworthy will help you create a Norwegian-styled “bargello” ornament that can be finished as an ornament for a Christmas tree or framed for the wall. Bargello is a type of needlepoint embroidery consisting of upright flat stitches laid in a mathematical pattern to create motifs. You chose one of three designs based on your experience (beginner to advanced), and Mary will teach you at least four embroidery stitches and help you finish it for display. All materials provided along with a complimentary beverage and snacks. Class size is limited to 12 people. Cost $45/person.
